The information is used to provide specific exercises to address any issues and ensure that the exercises and programmes prescribed not only fit your goals but also promote improved movement, posture, joint stabilisation, balance and co-ordination and much decreased risk of injury.

You will receive meal plan ideas, based around your health, fitness and wellness goals. I will calculate the calories and specific macros needed to ensure your goals are not only met but are sustainable for long-term lifestyle change.

I will contact you once a week so we can touch base, check in with how the goals and habits are going, support you in keeping on track with your goals and tackling any obstacles that are creating barriers to achieving your goals.
