Training with Lydia has totally transformed my approach to fitness and wellbeing. It really has been an investment in my health and body that I would not have achieved on my own. She doesn't just tell you what to do, she explains how and most importantly why. She teaches you the skills to be confident enough to work out on your own and achieve the results you want. She is extremely knowledgeable and it shows in the results I have achieved. Sessions are never boring or repetitive, we use a variety of equipment and machines to keep things interesting. For me personally it was never about dropping pounds on scale, it was about becoming stronger, healthier, and fitter. I have definitely achieved this with Lydia as well as feeling happier with myself and much more confident in the gym to continue my fitness journey. She really does get to know her clients and is dedicated to their personal training journey. On top of all of that, she is an absolute ray of sunshine and just generally great to be around! "What can I say about Lydia. I started going to PureGym at the end of July 23, I had not been very mobility due to a health issue, I stated working out on my own for about 6 weeks,at first the results were good but started to plateau after a while. I had an assessment meeting with Lydia to ascertain what my need were, I had never used a personal trainer before so had no idea what the session would be like they are hard, but in a good way Lydia is very supportive and knowledgeable and has a great sense of humour, so even do the session are hard we still have a laugh. The benefits I have seen the the last 6 weeks surprised me I just turned 60 and have never felt stronger or fitter then I do now, so a big thank you to Lydia for her knowledge and support in getting me to a happier place thanks"

Lydia is a fantastic and very professional PT. Her strength building sessions are awesome and there is clear progress if her advice is followed. She is also very knowledgeable and always provides practical recommendations. She helped me set clear goals for my program and there are monthly check ins. She is also very lovely, warm and super fun! Highly recommend her!

Lyd is full of energy and enthusiasm which made my PT sessions with her filled with fun but at the same time aiming for my goal. Going to gym for me used to be boring and mundane but Lyd changed that for me and now working out with her, hitting new goals seems so much more interesting and I keep looking forward to going to the gym. "Knowing Lydia personally I thought it would be a good idea for her to get me back in the gym and working out properly. Sessions are fun, entertaining and energetic. I mentioned to Lydia that I had a problem with limited mobility in my shoulders. She immediately gave me some exercises to do which over time have really improved the range of movement I have. This has helped me improve my form in the gym so that I can now lift more weight enabling me to gain strength in my upper body. She is extremely positive, supportive and knowledgeable and I feel confident in the advice she gives me. I would highly recommend Lydia to anyone looking for help with their fitness.
